All Professional Football suspended Until April

You would hope so!

The other point to note, is that if they did that - that pretty much means no refunds for tickets paid for (i.e. Wednesday away etc) or partial refunds for the 5 home games to season card holders.

Then you just hope, that they'd honour all of us who have renewed our season cards for next season?!

Realistically - I think we're in lockdown for at least another 4 weeks, taking us before 1st May Bank Holiday.

With the players needing to get back to training etc, season is unlikely to start before end of May, then 9 league games to play, followed by playoffs & final.

Even then, it may end up being games behind closed doors, with mass gatherings still restricted.

Jaguar Land Rover should have been starting back to work on 20th April; hearing that is being put back to 20th May - that is not confirmed yet.

If businesses are having to put back their start dates you can bet it will impact on Sport as well.

And yet more or less same clowns who brought us herd immunity analysis are saying it's perfectly safe to open schools

Definitely, many businesses that I still deal with (big & small) are closing their doors temporarily (hopefully) and furloughing staff, as funding lines dry up - not to mention suppliers failing to get supplies needed to keep them trading (even some takeaways!!).

On a positive note - Aldi, Morrisons, Coop etc all looking for staff!

You forgot to mention that they then go on to load the business with debt while paying themselves exorbitant management fees and dividends, and in most cases get tax breaks until the business inevitably goes under

Exactly. Its happened to a few of them. In 2007 the governement said it wouldnt happen again after Sedgemoor went bust with the board dragging £25m out of it and then letting it go to the wall
