Source BBC Football website - Alfie Burnett , Millers youth team scholarship goalkeeper, has moved to Forest Green. Don;t think that I ever saw him play.

Yes, a slightly odd one this. Alfie is moving to be third behind FGR's two keepers. He is considered to have lots of potential. That being so why couldn't he stay and develop that potential with us?

I suppose we do really only have two teams - a first team, which we already have two good 'keepers for (though has Johansson signed a new contract?) and another team which is made up of youngsters - perhaps Alfie is just a 'keeper too many?
