Well, after the praise being heaped on them by various R5L 606 broadcasters yesterday (Robbie Twat Savage especially), looks like the responsibility for the whole fiasco might lie at the feet of the club and inadequate procedures before the game.
The fact that it went undetected until the day of the game.......very bad.
