Personally I wouldn't want anyone who's currently working under Jamie Day at the helm.
I remember Day's short-lived rubbish spell at Ebbsfleet United as a player/manager helping the side to a lofty drop of six places from the playoffs to eighth in the half season he was in charge before being relieved of his duties.

Pennock had a big falling out with Scally when he left over not getting a testimonial. No idea if they have since made up.
