I don't know if there is anything in this or not but the evidence does tend to suggest that Campbell is much more effective playing in away matches than at home. I know that it can be argued that Notts as a whole are much more effective away at the minute but Campbell's performances in particular in home and away are often like chalk and cheese (all 5 of his goals have been scored in away matches).
He appears more effective when we are able to play on the break than when we are expected to set the tone and be the more attack minded team. JS talked about having some players for home matches and others for away. Campbell certainly seems to fall into that category.
Either way, thank goodness he did the business for us today.
