According to the Hartlepool Mail Raj is questioning the wisdom of continuing to invest large sums of money into junior player development. This appears to be prompted by the recent Luca Murphy situation.
For me I would rather see monies directed towards building a strong , promotion challenging First team. The Academy could be reinstated once promotion back to the EFL has been secured.
