Came down to Kent specially from the Midlands to take my old dad to a game. Spent over 250 in pre match hospitality, had a very nice brief but uplifting chat with Scally, then had to endure that shit.

I've just had it with JED. Oxford were tidy but we made them look like world beaters. We had absolutely no game plan or shape other than lump it up to 2 big lads up front who were useless. Long throws were our only attacking option. JET's "performance" was one of the most disgraceful I've ever seen from a gills player. He has so much talent but an awful attitude and makes the wrong decision way too often. The team body language was bad throughout and I'm sure that to have JET wasting a space must be hitting morale. JED's failure to substitute him just confirms that the manager really doesn't have a clue. My lad summed it up. Under JED in the past year we've gone backwards. Unacceptable.
 
Eager, I feel for you ! I travelled from Rainham, spent a fiver in the factory and 4 on chips and feel cheated, so you have every right to be fuming.

Worst display I've seen for a long long time.
 
I followed it online whilst working a twelve hour shift on double time and even I feel cheated :88:
 
Feel for ya .. Haven't returned to watch gills since Spurs away in cup .. Absolute dross then & by reports not improved .. This clown is ruining us .. id take Hess until end of season to stabilise us & put some pride back in the blue shirt .. Then after that push the budget for rowett or Nathan Jones
 
Well we over achieved by staying up last season, and may over achieve by staying up this season. His team talks must be truly inspiring. Get rid and get some positivity back to the club.
 
My grandson went in my place with his Dad. Somebody asked his dad if he'd been misbehaving and that was his punishment?
 
Yeah imagine it pre match .. Jed .. Well boys yu over achieved durin trainin drawing with the u18s & you managed to put 3 passes together in a triangle movement .. Doesn't matter the result .. After all were only little Gillingham ... Fuckin ******
 
Proper pants today sadly ..... been fairly ok with JED but the fans calling for his head at the end got it right.

We have no plan a or b at present.

JET is fantastic at times but I feel we need players to dig in at present and grind out the results by working hard and doing the unglamorous stuff.

Scally doesn't change his managers often but he must have heard the fans anti JED chanting today.
 
I wonder if his comments are aimed at prospective employers. Will any of them be stupid enough to believe he's had us punching above our weight?
 
Eager- You know from earlier posts that we are almost neighbours and while I sympathise with your outlay for one day, I still go to all the home games and have to suffer that shit every week. Next years season ticket is a receding possibility. We'll have to have a beer one evening. How about Wymeswold ?

Fair play to you for going to all the home games. I do a fair few away north of London....

Just got back to East Leake and angrier than ever having seen JED's comments. He really doesn't have a clue
