N (The) NUTTY PROFESSOR - film that Jerry Lee Lewis was in the original in the 60's and Eddie Murphy in the remake in the 90's.
 
O - Old Soldiers Never Die. Originally a British army song from 1908 but recorded by many artists including Bing Crosby and Gene Autry. The phrase is used or paraphrased in many contexts including by Richard Nixon.
