B BLOWIN' In The WIND - song written and sung by Bob Dylan but also by Peter, Paul and Mary in 1963 which got to number 13 in the UK charts.

O Over the RAINBOW - song by Judy Garland , which featured in the film, "The Wizard of Oz" (1939). Well-known worldwide and it became her signature tune. Also known as "Somewhere over the rainbow" . Many other singers have recorded versions too.

P PRESSURE DROP - 1969 reggae hit for Jamaican group the Maytals, whose lead singer was Frederick "Toots" Hibbert. The Clash also recorded a wel-known version of the song. Clips of both on YouTube. (y)
 
R RAIN - Beatles song which is the B-side of their "Paperback writer" single (1966). Recorded during the "Revolver" album studio sessions. An early version of Oasis called themselves "Rain", inspired by the song.
