A A Million Love Songs - Take That song from 1992. Only got to number 7 in the UK Charts.
 
C CAPRICORN ONE - film from the mid 70's about a reporter who finds out that a mars landing was actually faked. Elliott Gould and James Brolin starred in it and John Bosley from Charlie's Angels.
 
E EIGHTEEN Yellow Roses - Bobby Darrin song from 1963 who wrote it for Sandra Dee's Mum. Never got into the top ten in the UK and peaked at 10 in the USA.
 
F - Four Strong Winds. Important song in the Canadian folk revival first recorded by Ian and Sylvia on their 1963 LP of the same name. Has been recorded by just about every folk and folk rock artist including Neil Young and Joan Baez. In 2005 CBC listeners chose it as the greatest Canadian song of all time and it is the unofficial anthem of Alberta.
 
H - HALFway to Paradise recorded by Billy Fury’s biggest hit, released in 1961. Written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin and recorded earlier the same year by Tony Orlando.
 
L LAND of the 1000 Dances - Chris Kenner had a hit in 1962 with it but Wilson Pickett had a bigger hit with it a couple of years later.
 
N NINE-to-Five - film from 1980. Comedy starring Dolly Parton and Jane Fonda amongst others. Dolly Parton also had a hit with the title song from the film.
 
P PERFECT 10 - Beautiful South song from the album Quench. Released as a single in 1998 and go to number 2 in the UK Charts.
 
R RESCUE 911 - American TV series in the 90's hosted by Captain Kirk from Star Trek (William Shatner). It was re-enactments of 911 calls.
