A - Tulips From Amsterdam. The English lyrics were written in 1957 and the tune is based on some Tchaikovsky waltz. A big hit for Max Bygraves in 1958 and since recorded by many artists. Video on YouTube.
 
D - Daisy Bell (Bicycle Built For Two). Music Hall standard written by Harry Dacre in 1892. The song was supposedly inspired by Daisy Greville, Countess of Warwick, a mistress of Edward VII.
 
Alternative "B" (not heard of that previously mentioned hymn) ... "Build me up, Buttercup" - Motown-influenced UK hit single for The Foundations in 1968.

E EDELWEISS - sung by Julie Andrews in the well-known 1959 film, "The sound of music". Also a UK hit single for Vince Hill in 1967. The edelweiss is an alpine flower (Leontopodium nivale).

F - FLORAL Dance - Terry Wogan recorded his version in 1978 as a joke.
It was written in by a Katie Moss in 1911 after a visit to Cornwall. The song is used every year during celebrating the end of winter in Helston, Cornwall.
