We did this a while back but there's lots more we didn't mention. Any place, house, village, town, county, country or whatever in any medium.

A - Amity Island. Fictional Island located off the coast of New England which featured in the 1974 novel and in the various films of the Jaws franchise.
 
Well, I don't recall doing it at all! My memory isn't what it was!

B BLANDINGS Castle - in stories by PG Wodehouse where Lord Emsworth resides.
 
C - Cold Comfort Farm. Isolated farm set in the fictional village of Howling in Sussex is the setting and title of Stella Gibbons 1932 comic novel. A 1995 TV adaptation starred Kate Beckinsale, Joanna Lumley, Rufus Sewell, Ian McKellen and Eileen Atkins.
 
E - The Emerald City. Capital city of the Land of Oz and first described in Frank Baum's novel, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz published in 1900.
 
M - Midsomer. Fictional English county with a high murder rate that features in the long-running TV series Midsomer Murders.
 
N NIGHTSIDE - series of books by Simon R Green and is a hidden world in London where supernatural and science fiction super-technology co-exist and where it's always 3am.
 
Q - Quahog. Fictional New England town that is the setting for the animated sitcom, Family Guy.
 
T - The Three Cripples. Public house that was Bill Sikes local in Dickens' novel Oliver Twist. Apparently based on a real pub in Saffron Hill called The One Tun.
