Watched David Byrne, at Halifax Piece Hall, on Friday. Incredible show, fine venue.

Indeed, possibly the best concert this 54yo has seen since he started watching bands in the 80s.

Nod to the likes of The Citadel in St Helens and Legends, Warrington, for hosting bands back in the day that shaped my musical taste.

PS Daleks. Nice mention of Timperley's finest Frank Sidebottom.
