Names of famous people in the titles of films, books, songs or drama.

A - Alfred the Great. 1969 British historical drama film starring David Hemmings, Michael York and Ian McKellen.

B BOUDICA Queen Of War - film from a couple of years ago. Olga Kurylenko starred.
Have only seen a trailer for it on maybe Netflix.

D The DIG - 2021 film based on an excavation in Sutton Hoo about archeologist Basil Brown and the owner of the land Edith Pretty.

E - Einstein and Eddington. 2008 biopic starring Andy Serkis and David Tennant. Quite good I thought. British astronomer proves Einstein's theory is correct.

H I'M HENRY the eighth I am - Herman Hermits song taken from a music hall song - the Henry pronounced either 'Enery or Henery.

H I'M HENRY the eighth I am - Herman Hermits song taken from a music hall song - the Henry pronounced either 'Enery or Henery.
I knew the music hall song made famous by Harry Champion but had forgotten Herman's Hermits had done it - was No.1 in USA and at the time fastest selling single ever! Joe Brown did it too a year or two before HH.

J JULIE, JULIA - film about chefs Julia Child and Julie Powell.

(Only when I saw it I didn't cotton on about it was about 2 different people!)

N ... "I hate NERYS Hughes " by satirical indie/punk band, Half Man Half Biscuit (1986).
Nerys Hughes played one of the main characters in the well-known tv sitcom "The Liver Birds". Songwriter Nigel Blackwell later said that it wasn't anything personal, he just didn't like that (safe) style of sitcom. Clip on YouTube.

My comment - there were much worse tv sitcoms than than "The Liver Birds" on tv , but because Nigel Blackwell was from Merseyside himself , it may have particularly annoyed him.
