D - Duck Soup. 1933 marx Brothers film. Oddly, this was considered a disappointment at the time but is now regarded as a comedy classic and perhaps their finest film.

E The EAGLE Has Landed - 1976 film starring Michael Caine, Donald Sutherland and Donald Pleasence amongst others. It was about a plot to kidnap Churchill.
Good film.

H - Hummingbird. Song by US duo Seals & Croft released as a single from their 1973 LP, Summer Breeze. Video on YouTube. The LP title song I remember best from the 1973 version by the Isley Brothers but the S&C version is pretty good.

We used to listen to it at St. Mary's on Valley Road on the radio in the 1950s and early 60s. Songs like Michael Finnegan, Old Zip Coon, The Lincolnshire Poacher. Seems like yesterday.

R When The Red Red ROBIN (Comes Bob, Bob, Bobbin' Along) - song written one hundred years ago and was sung by the likes of for: Whispering" Jack Smith; Cliff Edwards; Paul Whiteman, the Ipana Troubadors although Al Jolson's version was the most popular. Many others have sang it over the years the latest being in 2017 by Kamasi Washington.
