Back in the mid to late 80s my friend worked as a graffic designer in advertising. They regularly put things into the adverts oout of boredom. They were caught out by “ThatsLife” who spotted that in a newspaper advert for a Suzuki jeep the man leaning on the bonnet had his genitals exposed.
There were countless other occurrences.

A number of them were sacked.
