J, you always say how your legs are buggered so here's a challenge that only involves upper body and core strength (well, mainly). Start training immediately and let us all know when you are ready to give a demonstration :9:

I luv the picture of that sign on the video above, it says ''FOKAT'' or as i would say F*Kit

Nope, it's all of me that is buggered I'm afraid!!

But I am very jealous, same as with gymnasts, what these amazing people can do with their bodies. Can you imagine the hours of practice and dedication?

That really is a fabulous find mate! :1:

It was the clap, behind the back with feet off the ground pressups that finally blew my mind :30: Quite symply......AWSOME!!

To be honest J, that all sounds like a bit of a cop out, if you were willing to put the work in..............you'd probably end up :116: lol Perhaps a new challenge for our born again fitness freek Clubpaver, he and Sir Dennis can train for it together :121: well, it's training of a sort. :39:

I bet a few years ago you considered clapping to be an achievement, from the way you have described how your coordination was so screwed up. Either that or you're just making excuses for being a complete spaz. :17:

Lol, it is interesting doing my training, there are a few exercises I can do the one side and not the other. Same as reflexes, the last specialist illustrated to me a few areas of damage.

Bodies are fascinating machines.

I got told off calling myself a spaz once in sainsbury!!

It's not that difficult tbf. I used to incorporate a bit of this stuff into my act when I was on the cruise ships.

Better than though, he's clearly an amateur.

Was that when you had that young apprentice thst did well for himself, Jean Claud Van-something or other?

"Born again fitness freak" ?

I`ll remember that when we`re on our triathlon.
Remember to bring a pump for your bicycle tyres !

Yeah ok but lets see what he's like after a set of toe presses.

nasty aren't they?

James06 is being modest, his act included a snake and a sword as well, I'll not mention where either were placed.

It's still there in the first post for me, maybe this link will work better
