The minimum wage of £10 will be implemented by 2020 according to the loons

Where will that leave small business?

I'm in the opinion all billionaires are dodgy,Branson included, let's wait and see what develops.the thing is millionaires ain't rich enough to take these clubs on....crazy

Branson is the biggest **** of them all

He's one of the main instigators behind the privatisation of the

NHS

Which once the Tories win this General Election will be a thing of the past... Aneurin Bevan will be turning in his grave

Every hospital visit is going to cost hundreds of pounds if not thousands

Welcome to America where people are saddled with life debt or are unable to pay medical fees

Every person who votes for the Tories this election should be put in stocks in the street and named and shamed and dogs should be allowed to piss on them

Cannot believe that in my life time this is going to happen how the hell have the Tories brain washed the working class into voting for them

As for the EM the info I got it was duff so forget I said anything

Since its inception in the 1948 the NHS has always been a financial disaster - it has always cost more than could ever be raised by tax. Dental treatment and prescriptions are chargeable is for exactly this reason. Privatisation of some elements of the NHS was always anticipated as a necessity.

For the NHS to be completely funded by the public purse is simply not feasible and it never has been.

The NHS of the 21st Century should be free at the point of use for those who cannot afford to pay something towards the cost of their health care.

You say that look at Guernsey..you have to pay £50 just to get an appointment with a doctor regardless

A minimum wage of £10 p/h will destroy any number of small businesses and unemployment will sky rocket.

Paying £20k as a minimum is simply not possible for a huge number of SME, hell my company could not afford to do it and retain the number of staff we have.

The minimum wage of £10 will be implemented by 2020 according to the loons

Where will that leave small business?

The multiplier...poor people spend proportionally far more of their income which then circulates through the economy.

Charging people to see a doctor would actually help because it would reduce the numbers of appointments that are taken up by people who should actually go to the chemist or take a paracetamol. How often do you hear about doctors moaning about completely unnecessary visits. All too often.

Maybe a more salient question is how have Labour brainwashed the working class into NOT voting for them?

Tories haven't changed at all and haven't pretended to

Murdoch/BBC/Media Bias against Jeremy Corbyn...don't vote for the man vote for his policies the politics of personality have won it for the Tories. It is embarrassing when you hear people trot out the same shit they are told by the media and think they have come to that conclusion themselves

Labour infighting
SNP is probably the biggest problem
UKIP/Brexit even though UKIP is done the voters are not returning back to Labour even though Labour are now for Brexit they are going to vote for the party that has never had their interests at heart

Make no mistake

This is the end of the NHS

Hope non of you get seriously ill or one of your family members or children do

You are a complete hypocrite because you are doing exactly what you accuse millions of people of doing.

"Media bias against Corbyn is why people wont vote for him

"Low polling is due to the infighting"

Both of those lines could come straight from the Canary. It gives people too little credit.

Only the hard left could be so arrogant and myopic as to believe that 'if only people knew about his policies they would vote for him in droves" but the media 'prevents them from hearing what he's really about'.

Do you realise what arrogant bollocks that is?

Maybe it's not the media?

Maybe people, me included just don't like his policies? Maybe they just don't like him? Maybe they don't need the right wing media to tell them that- because maybe they have made their own minds up?

I have.

Labour voter my whole life, Labour member since defeat in 2010- that ended last year.

I will never vote for Corbyn.

Not because of the Murdoch press, because I don't read any of those papers.

Not because of the infighting, because those brave Mps were doing what they had to for the party and democracy in this country

But because I think he is a nasty, aggressive shit, who has spent his life talking in rooms with people who agree with him and who gets right shirty with anyone who dares to ask him a question he doesn't like.

I can't stand the incompetence and aggression of McDonnell, who is a nasty snake in the grass trot

I can't stand the blundering incompetence of Abbott, whose arrogance astonished me and who is totally unfit for public office.

I think his policies are, in the main, bunk. They aren't especially socialist and they aren't achievable. He,s made by my reckoning about £1trillion of spending commitments that he will apparently pay for with money from down the back of the sofa and £2.5b in extra corporation tax.

I do like his national education service, but bollocks like banning junk food commercials and the utterly ludicrous waste of money on free primary school meals shows a shocking lack of judgement or understanding of schools. Most school canteens physically can't cater for every kid having a school meal.

This bloke is a disgrace to democracy, who is willing to let Britain become a one party state for the sake of his bullshit ideology and doesn't give a shit about whether there is decent opposition or not. Not resigning last year was a disgrace, as will be carrying on when the electorate roundly reject him this time

So after all that regardless you are happy for the NHS to be gone because that is what is going to happen

I agree Abbot is a tw@t

Ha, no reply then?

Tories have had 70 years to destroy the NHS and have baulked every time.

If they go ahead and kill it now it will be for only one reason: there is no viable opposition to stop them. Enter Mr Corbyn stage left.

And when I mean stop them, I mean by threatening to replace them as the government, not holding up fooking placards

Apollyon - 10/5/2017 21:31

...and theres no growth of the businesses, unemployment rockets... so on and so forth

They are going to put a cut of £1.5bn on small business tax

Tax freeze on all below on £80,000

What effect do you think a small tax cut will have df? The fact is small businesses will have a higher outlay on a monthly basis. Waiting for an accountant to say despite the 10s thousands you have popped over to HMRC in PAYE you still have this tax bill on whats left, it is a wee bit smaller though.

It will be disastrous in my opinion

You are talking like everyone can afford or have the means for private medical like some of us

Imagine if you didn't have the means and you had small children even babies and you had to second guess your childs ailment and you needed to visit or get the advice of a professional sometimes more than once a week as is the norm with parents and their children

You say it as if the free at point for those who cannot afford it will actually be a thing...it is now

It won't be in the future

Just look at other countries especially our good friend America who we are now selling the NHS off to ..to Pharma companies and private groups who only see profit

Corbyn wants to take the country back 40 years, nationalising industries, wage caps on business, huge tax increases for those on 80k + and he also refuses to set a cap on migration

Even raising the national wage to £10 ph and getting rid of zero hours, where does that leave small/medium sized businesses?

He's a crackpot marxist

Because the privatised industries have made every thing run so much better and cheaper

As for the national wage we wont know how that works out unless it is implemented

Are you serious about zero hour contracts?

How can we set a cap on migration when we are about to Brexit? Every country is going to want to discuss that as part of a favourable trade deal..just like India did

You are living in the most successful european country and you want to go back to the 1970s led by an ultra left wing loon who will cause mass unemployment, a fleeing of our best brains and successful people to more reasonable shores. Corbyn like foot will hopefully be rejected by the british people

Really we are the most successful country?

We have food banks

Unemployment at 1.5m +

Homelessness on the rise by record numbers

Child mortality on the rise

The Tory Govt has doubled our national debt to 1.5 trillion more than all the Labour Govts combined in history

Tax evasion to the amounts of billions for the very best friends of the Tories

My god
