Co-op Stand Imp

Vital Reserves Team
By my calculation (Scot Imp will correct me if I'm wrong) the average home league attendance for 2016/17.

That is 6,074 average, lowest 2,440 v Southport, highest 10,031 v Macclesfield.

Best average for 40 years and only behind 71/72, 75/76 and 76/77 in my time.

Danny & Nicky Cowley, we salute you.

That is really good, and when you think in the 70's the ground capacity was a lot higher.

On an earlier thread 19000+ German Imp states the average home league attendance was 5160 I will wait for Scot Imp to confirm which is correct. Either figure is very impressive and the additional income generated will, no doubt, be put to good use.

5,160 according to this, This figure is league games only.

Maybe that 6074 is all games then. Would be interesting to see what the average attendance is for 2017

Average was taken from Eastleigh's programme. I added the last 3 gates on and divided by 23.

Croozey, here are the facts:

we finished up playing 29 games at Sincil Bank this season and were watched by an amazing total of 158,889 fans.

That equates to 5,476 per game which is an astonishing amount!

That last 11 games figure is a good stat, 7061, as that shows a consistent good sized crowd over a long period of time. Also look at the percentage of the ground capacity. We had 10031 for the last game, but I don't think the club were allowing that many tickets on sale on some of the games running up to that for various reasons- safety, larger allocations to away fans than their take up. But it is over 70% -probably more like 75-80% over the 11 games.
