3D TV falls further out of favour

Well since i have had my 3D LG TV the kids have only watched a couple of things 3D on it when we first had it, the glasses am scattered about somewhere lol, i think it has been overated tbh, but i can't watch 3D films anyway cos om blind in one eye it don't work for me,,,,maybe they should invent 1D TV?

My poor old Grandad was the same, blind in one eye and deaf in the other.

Maybe people would get into it without the glasses but it was never going to work with those things, was it? A bit like Apple Watch and Google Glasses, have we reached peak technology?

I've 4k 3d and curves... :17:

Quite like the odd 3d film, it is amazing how they are done, but can't watch all the time. This has a converter so it can make normal films and tv into an approximation of 3d. Not sure why I've mentioned as I've not used it lol

You mention it because you can, I need a posh TV.
Funny old thing I was in Currys/PC World yesterday and see they are having a mass clear out of HD TV's for Bank Holiday.
