I think you're right about Sky and the dramatisation of transfers/deadline day.

We're at a point where lots of fans just want the dopamine hit from seeing their club sign a player. Doesn't actually matter whether they're any good or if its a player the club needs, just sign someone...anyone.

Well, I hope so, Chandos. You know, if there's one thing I've learned from being on this forum, it's never ignore a pooh-pooh. I knew a poster: got pooh-poohed; made the mistake of ignoring the pooh-pooh — he pooh-poohed it. One or both of Bergvall and Armstrong will find their minutes played less than ideal, and will question their decision to stay.

Henderson will be offered a new and improved contract at Palace. Whether he accepts it or not is a different matter. Our offer/inquiry didn't come without him and his agent signaling an opening.

There'll be interest in MGW every window for as long as he's still a Forest player. He's too good not to attract interest.

Exactly- it's when clubs are NOT interested in your players that you have to worry, not when they are.

It is a measure of our underperformance as a team last year that so many of our players were highly regarded / in demand, despite finishing so low!

It will always be a worry when you're a selling club though, if you want to hold on to the best ones.

It’s not a unique opinion but I firmly believe that this is MGWs last season with us. I am sure Glasner knows this too.

When you look at the players that went and the players that were enquired after or bid for, we should be looking forward to a decent season.

I agree that CHO and Aina may have some heat on them this season now. If they step up we’re having another almighty season that’s for sure
