12 Points For Man City To Play Catch Up

There are now four games left for Manchester City to close the gap on Tottenham, hopefully Leicester City but we are ahead of Arsenal.

Leicester hold a five point lead over Spurs, who unfortunately hold a seven point gap over us.

With 12 left to play for, it's going to be incredibly tight - but it's unlikely with us only able to reach 73 points that Leicester and Spurs now would slip up by that much, so Newcastle yesterday evening brings an end to Premier League title hopes in reality.

Second spot is still doable though and potentially achievable, but it may now be the case that City have to focus on ensuring a third place finish and not lower.

If we play like last night we will struggle to get into the first 4. Got back into the lazy, can't be arsed mode which allowed Newcastle to take control in the middle of the park. Can't see us getting away with it against the recently battered Stoke.
