Match Thread: Lincoln City v Leyton Orient

Is it just me, or does this game seem bigger than any we have had for a long while. Not sure whether it is the run, suddenly being in touching distance of the play-offs, playing a team we have to beat, the full ground and iPlayer, or just not having had a game for 2 weeks, but there seems to be...

    Skubala Interview

I never had an issue with Skubala, but I've certainly warmed to the results.

    League One Match Thread (23/03/24)

Over the last 5 games we have picked up, 10 points on Stevenage 7 points on Oxford 6 points on Blackpool & Orient 5 points on Barnsley But we need to keep it up if we are going to finish in the play-off places.

    Lincoln CEO charged by FA

There is an awful lot of comment for something we know nothing about. Leave it alone and let it play out. If Liam wants/is able to comment at the appropriate time I am sure he will. Until then, all the rest is just a lot of hot air.

That isn't really saying much. I've seen ball-boys overtake our centre-halves.

No, larger margins. That's what happens when a pitch gets smaller.

He went down after he took the shot. Looked more like an excuse than a reason.

If only they had been good enough to shoot on target either side of Jensen and not hit him with their shots.

I seem to remember that was something to do with a squad injury in the squad (Hackett?), not necessarily something to do with Kennedy.

Can we make the play offs?

And now another 3. That will be some run from them coming up then!

Match Thread: Lincoln City v Bristol Rovers

It looks like only Stevenage have a game next week, so we could go behind them if they get a point or more, but that is their game in hand and from Good Friday on it will be a level playing field and all to play for.

And look what's happened to them since. We're doomed I tell you, doomed.

We sit 7th, one place outside, but behind Oxford and Stevenage if the later get anything from their game in hand. With no game next week, we may well slip back, but it is still all to play for.

Match Thread: Lincoln City v Bristol Rovers

Well, after all the damping down of expectations, we can't now avoid the fact that we are in the fight for a play-off place. Other teams have games in hand, but points are being dropped left right and centre and we are right in the middle of it. Barnsley can't be certain of 7th, let alone 6th...

Can we make the play offs?

According to that, Stevenage are only going to drop 6 points from their last 9 games, despite having dropped 7 from their last 3!

    Around the Grounds

Strange that the reference is to Reading renting it back from Wycombe. Is that a short-term thing, just to the end of the season before Wycombe take residence, a ground-share, an income generation for Wycombe, or just a helping hand to a near-neighbour in their time of need? Afraid I couldn't...
