Easily worst of the season. Excuses are fatigue from Saturday but we weren't at it from the first whistle. Very disappointing and Martin surely has to stop playing 3 or 4 holding/defensive midfielders.

Patience very much needed, he arrived late and he's not had a full transfer window yet to sort out the squad to his liking. Fewer excuses can be given next season unless we have a poor summer window.

We really needed to take that earlier Obafemi chance to help us back into this. We've looked much better thanks to putting on more attacking players in those positions. Smith, whilst he always works very hard he's never been an attacking player.
