I have some strength but the flexibility isnt there. Although it did improve over the sessions. Its something i am keen to keep doing but its the same old story of time. If you have any youtube recommendations for 30-45 minute sessions give me a shout please.

I think some of Porro defending goes under the radar. He is extremely alert to being hit on the counter and usually only VDV is faster at getting back. We have a brilliant set of full backs and as you say the drop off on either is huge when missing.
