I agree about our central defenders deserving this plaudits, but I'm going for Joe Taylor: those tremendous runs at their defence were the most exciting sight seen at our place in ages!
At the end of our play-off final, I was struck at the time how genuinely sad Brennan looked. He sat on the pitch for quite a while, till a senior player-Bricett I think- went around encouraging teammates to get up. Always seems a nice lad.
Great end to game. Terrible commentary by both of the Radio Lincolnshire team. How many times was the word "composure" used. I wish they'd just describe team action.
I am sorry to hear that people doing their best for the club have had to face rudeness from a small section of our supporters. Results and performances may disappoint, but that does not give anyone the right to be unpleasant. Liam and investors should not face this and their wives and children...
I attended. It was nice to welcome him back to Lincoln. He was quietly spoken with a wry wit. It was great to be able to say hello to him and wish him well with his neck injury. Sound- level was a bit low and food was grim, but interviewer was knowledgeable and did well.
Matt Rhead was an entertaining interviewee at Legends' Lounge last night. Friendly and with a wry wit. He has a strong fondness for our club. We wish him well with his neck operation and hope for a full recovery. A true legend of our club.
I wonder if we should leave the back 3 as it is, despite O'Connor being available again. T.J deserves his spot and Paudie's lack of pace can be an issue.
