They certainly do which is why i say sack him or back him but be decisive. If people think he's the man to get the best out of a league two team then back him. I worry that he doesnt have the experience in league 2 and I think he'd be more successful managing higher up

I think he's understandably pleading for more time. What he deserves is a swift decision either way. We need a manager who knows how to get out of league 2 - not sure he does. League 2 is pace power and strength not tippy tappy sideways and backwards.
