I'd take the 3 or 4 players line with a massive pinch of salt.

Scott Lindsey is doing a great job but he also had a full pre season and summer transfer window after joining Crawley half way through last season. Would we be in a better place if he was appointed? Possibly but we'll never know, with this group of players I wouldn't bet on it.
