    Trophy

Without wishing to get ahead of ourselves or tempt fate, if we were to win I wonder if there are any plans for the trophy to be presented on the day given TV presence etc, I suspect not, but would be great to do it front of 9500 home fans. Otherwise a mad scramble for southport will ensue!!

    Arsenal allocation and ticket prices

Assuming Arsenal see out the final ten, very interesting article attached from last years QF. Wonder if our club would do something similar with the subsidy? http://www.wdsport.co.uk/2016/03/watford-could-set-club-record-away-crowd-at-arsenal/

    Loyalty Bonus

I know there have been a number of posts on previous threads about win bonuses. Hopefully the players and managers are well looked after for this FA Cup run and a potential promotion. Given the incredible media attention and the profile of the Cowleys it is only a matter of time before a large...

DC and NC at close quarters

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Solihull last night, very friendly, cracking pie and chips and stood right behind the dug out for the whole match. Watching Danny and Nicky at close quarters was an education. They give it everything, living and breathing the game, really interesting to hear their...

    Ticket Prices for Brighton

Given it looks unlikely that our tie will be on TV. I wonder if ticket prices have been discussed. As a minimum I think they should increase to £15/£10 but would have no qualms if they increased to the normal league prices. Could be worth a further £25-50k to the club - I'm sure it would be a...

Cheering on the premier league teams today!

We could do with the 4 premier league teams winning today for 2 reasons. 1) Having looked back at Tv replay games for the 3rd round there tends to be 2 games picked. Over the last couple of years they tend to prefer to show premier league teams. If any of the teams playing today manage a draw...

    Shaw Lane

Shaw Lane warmed up for their giant killing attempt against the Imps next week with a 6-0 home win today. Rarely can we have been in a situation where we are aiming to be the giant killers one week followed by the possibility of being on the other other end the next! Both games will be a great...

The biggest signing we need to make

Football........ bloody hell. I don't get to as many games as I used to but in 26 years of supporting the Imps that was probably the best feeling I have ever had after a game. (Possibly the 5-3 versus scunny comes close, but you can't beat hitting the winner in injury time!) Obviously we...

Wins and Occasional Losses better than draws.

Just a thought, having only drawn one game so far this season it occurred to me that it's the draws that really stop momentum. One of the big differences for me this season is that we will risk the loss to win the game, whereas in the past we would have hung on for a draw (and probably lost!!)...
