At the moment our priority is a good manager, trainer, doctor and set piece coach as we have no idea of tactics, how to avoid injuries and how to attack or defend set pieces.

A good manager creates a successful team with the players he has.

If he did then he was the only one. I am now beyond bothering about individual players as the overall collective including management has given up on attacking, shooting or scoring.
