    Hignett and Money swap Roles

Well I don't know what to make of this. Hignett now in charge of the team while Money moves upstairs. As long as we can start winning a few games I guess most Poolies wont care one way or the other.

    Harrogate Loss

We looked better with Kioso so he should be in next week but please not at centre back. Amos in place of Richardson. Dunno if Magnay was carrying an injury but he looked absolutely shocking surely cant be in the team next week. I hope they spend some time on the training pitch looking at the...

    Harrogate Loss

Harrogate so much more cohesive and quicker to the ball. Having said that we practically gave them three goals. 1: Magnay loses the ball (again) just outside area and eventually ends up in our net despite chances to clear. 2: criminal defending by Featherstone turning into the middle of own area...

    Big Week

Very good news on the face of it. Feeling more optimistic about tomorrow now we have a stronger team. Fingers crossed the new lads are as good on the pitch as they do on paper.

    Big Week

Article in Mail saying Raj Singh is backing the manager financially in his attempts to sign players so we shall see. I suspect the problem is not so much the cash but more the willingness of any decent pro to step down to a team of none league strugglers.

Noble Out for Up to 6 weeks

By all accounts yesterday Featherstone and McLaughlin did anything but show their worth! Worrying times.

    Injured Again

It seems Davies was stretchered off in a friendly game for Dundee and will be out for an unknown amount of time. Money was very astute in getting rid I think.

    Another Home humiliation

Yep, assuming some "battle hardened" players are available and willing to join a joke club which, sad to say, Pools currently are.:cautious::cautious:

    Another Home humiliation

Money was being refreshingly honest in the Mail this evening. He talks about not having met a group of players who go backwards as often as Pools. He talked about players not having the confidence to beat the press. I just feel he would like to dispense with quite a lot of them. I bet few...

    Another Home humiliation

Final score 1-2. Well now we can concentrate on not getting relegated. Telford are a league below us beat us without too many problems. I don't know how many saves their keeper made but I bet it was very few indeed. The way things are going, we could be swapping places with Telford next season.

    Another Home humiliation

Two goals down to Telford with about 20 minutes to go and although it was expected it still hurts. It seems any team who can defend and has a bit of pace in attack will win at the Vic. We cant score and we cant defend a pretty scary combination. The home fans seem pretty angry. Cant blame them.

    Telford

A draw eh? A draw would be a good result for us especially as we are at home. If we were away I would be more confident cos we are slightly better away. Anyway fingers crossed as always.

    Telford

Dinanga is cup tied so wont play thank goodness.

    Telford

I think we could struggle against Telford. Our top scorer is out injured and our home form is beyond a joke. Dinanga will be playing for them with a point to prove so I think he will be a handful and will score. Teams come to the Vic to defend then hit us on the break. We don't have the players...

Noble Out for Up to 6 weeks

With Noble out of the picture for a while, our goal threat diminishes even further. Lets hope Money can bring in an attacking player sooner rather than later.

    New manager new ideas

Interesting news about Kitchen being played further up the park now that Amos has been signed. Magnay now used as a defensive midfielder and Featherstone on the bench. Wondering if days are numbered for Featherstone? I believe he is 31 and Money said in the Mail that Pools is not a place for...

    Andrew Davies on his way

He was a class player but unfortunately, turned out to be crocked. With him gone maybe it will free up wages for a more reliable replacement.

    Maidstone Debacle

Looks like despite the new regime we still cant defend or score enough goals. Playoffs? more like another relegation struggle.

    Chesterfield

Yep so Chesterfield equalize in 75th minute. So can we hang on or get beat in a depressing style after leading and dominating the game.
