I was surprised at how bad they were. One he just passed straight to a Bournemouth player. If Hourihane is not going to be in the team then SJM or Jack or whoever, is going to have provide some quality from set-pieces. Do the pros outweigh the cons with Hourihane? Since the game is about...

They were atrocious. How many did we score from set pieces last season?

Love these guys, a punk rock supergroup that do nothing but covers. This one works really well.

Exact same. There's a world of great music out there I haven't heard, and I'm always finding bands and artists from previous decades. I think I'm the same with movies. I can barely be arsed with new releases but keep finding gems from the 80's or 90's that I've never seen before. I just...

He definitely improved throughout the game, overall I think it was a very good debut. A few times as he was receiving the ball he looked casual as there was a Bournemouth player closing in, but he seemed to know what he was doing and showed some great strength. I think he'll be great.

    How Happy Are You?

Interesting JPA, I thought I was being a miserable git giving it a 5! lol I don't there's anything wrong with that nagging feeling, I get that too, I suppose it's something to figure out and ultimately something to keep you going rather than going stale, if that makes any sense.

That's ok JPA, I have a few friends like you. It's just that we always forget to let them know when we're heading out to the pub or whatever, just slips our minds completely!

I probably should know who they are, but have never heard of them. Shows how out of the loop I am, apart having a fondness for those two rapping chavs that Melon Donkey is a big fan of, lol. Same thing today at home where my mam and sister were playing some new guy, and they couldn't believe I...

    How Happy Are You?

5 I don't really have a reference point, I don't really know what happy is supposed to feel like, it's all relative. But at the same time, despite having bouts of depression I've never even come close to considering offing myself. Might as well ride the spiral til the end. There is a light that...

I think we need to get the idea that there are easy games that we should be winning out of our heads. None are going to be easy, every game is huge this season. And hopefully the players will have that drilled in to them. Everton is going to be just as hard. At least we're at home again, and...

He's played 2 games, one away to a probable top 3 team and one at home where we were chasing the game after 15 mins because of 2 blunders. WESLEY OUT

I'd really like to think that we haven't splashed £22m on a guy that's useless. There must be something there. I'm sure we'll see it soon.

We're not going to throw the game away after 15 mins every week, so it's still hard to judge where we are. Who knows how it would have panned out today otherwise. The main thing next week is not to stupidly concede early.

We can't afford to make mistakes like that again. Unfortunately we probably will, so we'll to start banging in a few. I had a feeling this could go the wrong way, and it has. We need points on the board quickly and Wes needs to score quickly. And now I have to go back to work...
