How about Peterborough journalist Alan Swann for his deep and thoughtful insight into League 1 this season.

Yes - having almost given up...... got some of what looked like additional ones that appeared 5 mins ago. All sorted (huge sigh of relief).

Thinking back, but one of the most interesting points of that night (in hindsight) was at one stage, Jez paused & asked those of us there how many of the current players we thought were good enough for the Championship. The consensus in the room...... seemingly agreed with by Jez at that time...

Huddersfield were booed off at Port Vale on Saturday with chants of 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' raining down from the away end. Might be a good time to play them, but then again, there's a huge discrepancy between their home form (which is very good) and their away form (which isn't).

I can see us going back to the tried & trusted for this one, after some recent swapping & changing: Wickens Darikwa Hamer Bradley Reach McGrandles Varfolomeev House Moylan Hackett Street

Spot on. Imagine a family with kids who have 4 seats together coming in late and finding they all have to sit in different places. As you say when there's plenty of seats it's no bother but when it's full it needs to be allocated seats. It would help if LCFC actually reinforced the message...

Premier Inn Cardiff Bay here.... already checked in & now sat in the Spoons near the waterfront which is just a 5 min walk away! Dangerously early to start drinking, but then again this sort of weekend doesn't come around very often!

Can't wait! Driving down Friday lunchtime. 2 x nights all booked in the Prem Inn in Cardiff Bay (looks a bit like Cardiff's version of the Brayford - but bigger). Friday night in Spoons down there 🍻 & then beers in the city centre on Saturday after the game 🍻...... looking at a league table...

Yawn. Thanks for your ill-informed reply. Questioning my "regularity" with absolutely no knowledge of it, is totally unnecessary. Just to enlighten you, as a long standing Gold member I go to every game. I'm just someone that never goes to that side of the ground on a busy match day Saturday.

Can see it being crazy busy tomorrow as loads of people will likely be collecting Cardiff tickets as well? Will there be separate queues for renewals/purchases vs simple collections? Makes sense..... but may not be feasible?

Unless One had a worldie of a game, expect all three to br reversed back on Saturday.

I can see House for Street (who looked shattered when he came off on saturday) & Bayliss for Ivan (bit more creative). Other than that, very much as you were.

I imagine that the 4 up/down from L1/L2 dates right back to the old Division 3 North & South when it would have been 2 up from each and then 4 down from the old Division 2??? Standardisation of the whole model seems to be required - although I do take your wider point about NL into L2...

I thought I had read somewhere that an extra promotion place from NL to L2 was on the agenda to be discussed this week as well. As per the above comment, this should be a bigger priority.

Announcement incoming?

Its not showing on my NOW TV app which is where I get mine. They are only showing the Bradford & Plymouth games. As per other comments above, it looks like what they do on a 'Saturday' lunchtime, as it is saying they are only showing 4 x Championship games and then 2 games from leagues 1 & 2...

Another two points dropped to add to the list. https://www.soccerstats.com/table.asp?league=england3&tid=pw#google_vignette Link above (hopefully works) shows league table & points won/lost after 75th minute. Interesting stuff. Two stand out things are: We are one of only two teams (other...

It WAS another tough watch, but there are no complaints about the result. One team played with pace, flair, creativity, invention, played to feet, played through the lines and for good chunks of the game when they had the ball ran us pretty ragged as their midfielders were afforded as much time...

It's got an "Oh no, I fear three at the back" feel to it...... unless Jeffries plays at left back.

I was there as well and it was a really interesting listen. Very detailed and very insightful presentation about the whole summer transfer window. If anyone is in any doubt as the level of detail and planning this club undertakes, in order to identify, shortlist, analyse and then sign a player...
