Starting XI v Wigan Athletic?

Griffiths
Poole Montsma Jackson Robson
Bridcutt (if at all able to walk)
Bishop McGrandles
Maguire Nlundulu Scully

Bishop back into central midfield, Scully back on the left, and a specialist centre forward.

I bet that won't happen.

I would play the same side unless Bridcutt were available.

I think we need to stick to a method and make it work.

We have had to chop and change because of injuries so far this season.
However, we now might be able to get basically the same players, trying to do basically the same things for a run of games (touch wood)

Regardless of the outcome tomorrow night, if we also can put out that side against Shrewsbury, we are more likely to pick up three points with a settled side, with a way of playing.

I don't want one word answers. I want hypotheses, conjecture, analysis, diatribe, polemic, debate, hermeneutics. Is that too much to ask for?
So you want to play a specialist defender who looks shot of confidence and probably played his worst game as a City player in his last start in a Bridcutt midfield role. Only one word answers are necessary. NO!

Sorenson had his best game for Lincoln at SWFC, arguably. Quite difficult to leave him out especially if he continues to improve.

I was thinking almost five at the back, A very negative formation. I know it's not the way we Mapp plays. Just thinking it might make us harder to break down.
But, if they play as well as last Saturday keep it unchanged for consistency. But who knows which team will turn up.

Fair play I was just thinking of the suggestion of a straight swap. I do think though that the Bridcutt role is difficult to fill, if Sanders doesn’t get game time in his place he probably never will. We are so open through the midfield

Yes that was my concern. Like the guy who had the shot for Wednesday that Josh parried when they scored had a pretty unimpeded run towards the edge of the box. There was a challenge, but it was a bit weak.
I suppose if it's a choice between Sanders and McGrandles, the latter is getting the nod. But after Wimbledon, you might have thought Sanders would get a chance.
