Paul Davis (Advertiser) Twitter - Ladapo scheduled to resume training later in the week - injury not as bad as originally thought. Ogbene should be ok for Saturday.
No problems now with Harding and Ihiekwe. Ferguson may also be ready to play by Saturday.

Almost. Plus Ferguson injury - ""he will be able to play in a few days time" has been repeated for weeks. Let's hope that we will soon see him actually back on the pitch.

We heard that a lot last season didn't we - and the season before. Warney's 'few days' and my 'few days' seem to be a little different.

Rotherham Advertiser - Mickel Miller has served his suspension, but now has a low grade hamstring tear. Going to miss at least next match. No further news on A. McDonald. Rest of squad should be available for selection.

Also says that Ogbene is struggling to play two full games per week at wing-back and has to be used in a way that will not over-strain him.

It was also implied that if he was played as an orthodox winger, he wouldn't need to cover as much ground, so playing 4-4-2 would not cause him as much of a problem. Might be a better formation anyway , given our available players, but Warney doesn't seem to want to do that.

Millers v Crewe - Mattock was taken off at half time due to an achilles injury. Bola not injured , but replaced as a "tactical"(!?) substitutiuon!
Bola or Ferguson COULD have played on left side of defence, but instead Harding was played out of position again, despite his previous home game nightmare, with predictable (and avoidable) consequences. Same mistakes from manager over and over again, never learning, and throwing points away.... like last season.

Joe Mattock' injury will be assessed today re possibility of him playing against Wimbledon tomorrow

Sounds like Miller and Mattock will not be fit enough to play v Wimbledon . Second game in a week for Wood and Ogbene, which Warney has previously said they are not fit enough to do. Wiles is also a doubt.

Paul Davis (Advertiser) Twitter - Lindsay went off with a hamstring injury last night (v Wimbledon). Extent of damage not yet known. Wiles came on as sub last night. Wood took a whack in the face v Wimbledon, and needed treatment on the pitch, but should be ok for Saturday.
