Brexit rolls on...

Not a chance. There’s a reason we haven’t had a left wing government for decades and that is because the voting masses don’t want it and won’t vote for it.

To be honest, I don't want to get into this argument (AGAIN!) but I can assure you that if we had 3 parties - one left wing, one right wing and a centrist, with no Brexit, and no biased media, the left wing would win every time

Fantasy.

The British people, in this country's history, has voted for ONE socialist government ever; after 6 years of war. It was turfed out after one term.

You have lived through the 80's where a very radical left wing labour party offered socialism to the people and they overwhelmingly chose a decade of Thatcherism instead.

There is not one shred of historical evidence to support your claim

Disagree. The centrist party would.

Political history shows that as a country, the majority are slightly right of centre but the reality is that voters are looking for a centrist party which is why Blair romped to power. He gave people a viable alternative to the Tories for the first time in far too long.

Because the fucking media has told them not to or because of political bribes such as council houses being sold

If that was the case then the LibDems would have been in power for all our lifetime. Blair, once upon a time was very left wing who opposed the EU. All of a sudden he's pro-EU, pro-Israel, pro-war and supported by Murdoch. Do you think this is pure coincidence he won?

Because the fucking media has told them not too or because of political bribes such as council houses being sold
Well, the fucking media told them to vote Brexit as well. So the referendum result isn't valid then, because they have been brainwashed into voting for it, just like they have been so weak willed as to "follow orders" not to vote for Corbyn?

Can you really not see it happening all over the world where the media is demonising socialism?

This is so staggeringly simple and obvious that it always astounds me the myopia necessary to be blind to it
I still maintain that there was a possibility of Corbyn winning in 2017 (its a slightly nonsensical argument though because he lost). Trying to blame some Labour staffers is a little bit silly, because no matter who you blame it simply boils down to Corbyn not being good/popular enough to get Labour over the line.
Stuff like the media being particularly brutal to him is something the left will always have to fight against when the media benefits from right wing economics and politics, so 'the media was against him' is not an argument that will help in the long term, in fact it dooms the left to repeat the same mistakes.

and now you've got another leader that the establishment and media love because he's one of them

No, media doesn't like socialism because newspapers and media are private enterprises.

Answer the question

The media were against Corbyn and for brexit. So brexit voters were influenced by both. If one is wrong, how not the other?

Don't fucking order me to answer one of your questions when you still haven't answered mine from yesterday. Do you tell 'leccies' (shows how fucking far you are removed from ordinary people, no matter what your 'Raleigh' upbringing) that they are thick racists that have ruined the country?

Not unless they are thick racists who have ruined the country.

Your turn

I've just had a PM on another forum. Answer this question:

Have you ever fucked your lass (the question could actually end there) from behind while looking at your Lewis Hamilton posters with your phone on her back and spurting your 'wokeness' and faux outrage on Vital?

.....supposing you was out with your family and you was queuing up for a ride, would you:

A) Post on Vital
B) Laugh and enjoy your families company
C) A
D) A

Not really. The lib-dems flip flop too much for most people’s tastes.

Blair, like most PMs did what he had to do and gave people a viable alternative. He also gave Labour their first taste of power in a long time.

Blair was at the right stage in the cycle, just like Starmer probably is, although possibly not first time round. Blair was/is a puppet, so is Johnson, and so is Starmer.

I really don't want to argue about it though. Corbyn's gone, Starmer's here, end of. Let's be clear though, DaFuq is 100% bigotted against Brexiters (of which I'm one) so there's no love lost between me and him but Pope and CP need to be pulled upon their fax outrage and bollocks they spout.

I'm genuinely uncomfortable with terms like traitors and comparisons to nazi Germany over how people voted. It's also somewhat amusing that both you and DF consider each traitors over Brexit :)

That aside the fact that he uses those terms and you support them is symptomatic of the ideological purity the extremes of the right and left demand and is the very reason you'll never win power.
