I don’t know if it would be classed as the best, but I remember watching the Young Ones when it was first broadcast and it completely changed my view of comedy. Something that broke the mould of cozy middle class sitcoms and paved the way for countless others.

Yes, 1 was the weakest by far. I wasn't a huge fan of 3, but it was OK, 2 and 4 were classics though.
