What's the philosophy behind not having attacking players in the wall? Coaches receiving cards is going to be very interesting indeed.
 
2. Goalkeepers allowed one foot off the line - Why? It's a penalty why make it easier for the offending team

4. No attacking players in the wall? I assume they mean no opposition players in the wall it is very ambiguous this one.

1 accidental handball will still cause controversy imo

3. Substituted Players can leave the field anywhere - this should have read 'must leave the field at the nearest point of exit from the pitch and in any case within 20 secs if not injured)

5. coaches can receive cards - what colour - Is the 4th ref in charge of this, why stop a game to facilitate this rule.
