Generally a good performance by Pools - not sure who the guy masquerading as Featherstone was - Halifax created few chances, Rodney's goal coming from a defensive mix up!

Miles away as usual, returning players scoring is a given so no biggie there.
Holohan the stand out player in the first half, Featherstone in the second.
Still haven’t managed to work out Donaldson’s strength or worth for that matter.
Think there will always be defensive mix ups when the line up lacks balance. Anderson was given a torrid time firstly by Rodney then Gondoh (33). Worryingly we conceded first once more, how many times this season is that?
They were no great shakes and we weren’t much better, two mid table National league sides but three points is welcome, imagine how many we could pick up if we had a balanced defence and a midfield of Hawkes, Holohan, Bale, James, a confident Featherstone and Molyneux to choose from.
Kabamba has been having problems holding the ball up recently and I would have probably swapped him for Muir at some point this afty.
P.S. add Gondoh to the midfield wanted list of Jeffrey and Osborne.
