    FFP charges?

That was the point, but I was in a hurry.... we were compliant with EFL regulations to the point of promotion and thus, supposedly can't be penalised by EPL based upon those submissions. The fact that there are differing rules for the 2 separate leagues just shows how unfair this is and we are...

    FFP charges?

Which is basically Leicester's defence, so they can't be punished in EFL but will face a sanction if promoted to EPL, which is where they had breached the rules.

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

Exactly - 6 is the maximum, hopefully, it's less BUT if we work to 6 and the team get's enough points to stay 7 clear of 3rd bottom - it's in our hands.

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

Not just Mangala's sale, add in McKenna, Worrall, Aurier, George Shelvey, Scarpa, Laryea and the various loans, with option to buy etc. We have clearly shown our commitment to work to the PSR rules and our breach as a newly promoted club is purely hinged around the sale of Johnson. We've...

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

In my opinion, that is the worst we could get using the judgement above. If it's less, even better - but, I think there is now a precedent.

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

That has to be the case, I don't see how we could be treated differently - arguably, we have more mitigating factors than them.

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

The bit that I took from the judgement related to the EFL penalty for Insolvency is 9 points, so a penalty of 10 for Everton was 'out of kilter'. The other point: (ii) The remaining mitigating factor is “trend”, i.e. the losses incurred by the Club reduced year-on-year throughout the relevant...

Everton reduced to 6 points penalty

I think that is potentially a mitigating factor for NFFC, we physically had to make the ground EPL compliant, pay promotion bonuses and then, pretty much buy a new squad. The reduced level of losses does disadvantage promoted clubs.
