They did a great job for us but we have now moved on to another level & system. I wish them nothing but the best but not with us.

Remember playing Torquay away on an August Bank Holiday weekend, glorious weather and a packed Lincoln away end.
John Vaughn was in goal and we were 4-0 down after about 20 minutes. As he picked the ball out of the back of the net for the fourth time in front of a silenced away end a shout came...
Evans to start his new job at Priestfield with a touchline ban, couldn't happen to a nicer bloke!

Yes I see your points, however I still believe our upturn in attendances is down to the Cowley's approach to managing and leading the club (along with substantial investment & support from Clive Nates & the board)
"An extreme example - if we had signed Steve Evans 3 years ago and he won two leagues and took us to win a Wembley final, would we have a similar crowd?"
No sorry I disagree with that thought & it has been proven at both Mansfield & Peterborough in recent years whereby they had less attendance...
Went for a beer after the match in the working mans club near Bletchley station.
Very friendly & welcoming locals.
One bloke about 55 ish asked who'd won, "Lincoln did 2-0" I replied. Good he said, I hate MK Dons and I've lived here all my life.
Must have been an MK City fan I suppose.
Although there were many who could be up for this I thought Tom Pett had his best game yet in a Lincoln shirt.
Completely controlled the midfield throughout the match
Saw on another one of the posts on that forum a couple of them suggesting the Cowley's applied for the managers job at MK Dons in 2017 whilst we were still in the national league.
Yeah really............. they have a lot of strange fans there.
That's just a temporary entrance, the actual one will be positioned a little further down the road. Went on a tour visit last week.
It is a very impressive place in all aspects especially the 3 training pitches.
Can we get the match-day stewards to keep the walkway in the upper section of the co-op clear so people can actually walk along it.
Loads of people use it to stand about and chat pre game & at half time, this adds to the queues of people trying to get to/from the toilets and food areas.
But in League 1 we'd have for money from the football league and there are already discussions ongoing of increasing the capacity at Sincil Bank with some temporary stands.
Fully expect ticket prices to rise also.
