He's down there because he thought Wigan would in no way be able to compete with the contract offered by ipswich.but when Wigan became aware that he was on his way down to Ipswich,they got in contact with Evans and upped their offer in a bid to change his mind.

Trust me,he's far from made up his mind ,it's a big thing for him to move his family down to Suffolk,when he's settled in Wigan and loves playing for the club it's really 50/50 in my opinion ,🤔

Yes,top bloke and his father tried to pull out all the stops,to help Wigan last season when things were an utter shambles.,and that's not even the half of what went on and what's been reported.it really was despite everything an incredible feat by Everyone that Wigan survived and stayed up 💪👊

As,the manager has stated today ,players can go and express themselves and play with freedom,as it's a free hit and this will hopefully give a few squad players a chance to shine 🤞

Players who have been playing while carrying knocks , injures etc.also players who may or not be here next season.And finally players who are desperate to stake a claim for next season 👍

Played well today ref,gave us nothing,playing top of the league , the team weren't relying on anyone 4,points clear with a game to play.despite everything that's happened this season.just enjoy the teams achievement 🥳🥳🥳
