Welcome Aaron Danks as 1st team coach

Is he Tom's brother ? If so he will be a Villa fan as well.
Bound to be a Villa fan or some connection other than the Baggies. Must be some link to Dean, I really can't see us bringing in someone based purely on a CV but we seem to have done it with the Set Piece dude

Joined us from Anderlecht , but he has worked in the U.K. before.

I must be a bit tapped or I’ve played too much amateur footy, when I look at a new coach to see how I think they’d be if it all kicked off on the sideline. I don’t think he’d be much use, but Cutler is a unit so we’re all good

Danks spent 6 years at Birmingham City, 11 years at Albion & 5 with England working alongside the likes of Ezri Konsa before linking up with Kompany & Craig Bellamy in Belgium as recently as June. Excited to see what he'll add to Villa's attack
He'll need a good Karchering down then before being admitted to Bodymoor/B6/Aston Parish

Deano spent all of his career as a centre half in the lower leagues. I reckon he must be able to handle himself

I must admit I didn't see this one coming.

Nevertheless, good luck Aaron and I hope you can help Dean guide us to a healthy league position this season.

Personally, I'd be content with another season of consolidation but definitely not to finish below 10th and I want to see real signs of progression on the pitch and you can be sure our owners and CEO will want to see that as well.

No pressure then Dean;)

'Lead Offensive Specialist Coach'

They're making all this shit up now surely?

How long before clubs start having right back coach, left back coach, centre back coach, DM coach, wing coach etc...?
I read something the other day can't remember which club it was but they have a throw in coach! I reckon I could do that for a mere 5k a week

Liverpool have a throw in coach.

I’ve noticed our throw ins are a lot different since my mate Angus joined. The players run around like flies then grab the opposition player, to free up space for another player to receive the ball.

It’s a good little advantage until everyone else starts doing it, or it becomes outlawed

Yes, we've been throwing it down the line for the big fella to flick on as long as I can remember. That is what you teach 10 year olds no PL players . Who to be honest should know how to trow a ball in
