Excellent addition, more experience just what we need. I think we’ve all said Smith can be tactically naive at times hopefully this guy can “assist” Smith into to being more pragmatic in-game
 
Seems to be a well respected coach whenever you hear people talk about him and got a lot of the credit for Leicester winning the league. Even if JT is staying, he has expressed his long term aim is to move into management, so getting someone on board now stops us being in an awkward position further down the line.
 
Surely JT is leaving . Why the hell do we need JT , O'Reilly :lol: and CS?.
Cannot see O'Reilly going .

That aside on it's own merit good appointment. Standout bring time at Leicester as coach but highly regarded enough to be taken to England under the Fat Sam regime which obviously ended for reasons outside CS control.
