If you fully weight bear they are torture instruments.

29 miles yesterday, partly across the downs. 22 miles today.
4 mile run tonight.
Can't remember the last time I ran that far. Gotta be 10+ years ago.
Took me 41 minutes 57 seconds.
Probably not a great pace but just glad I did it.
Following up on this I did a 4.65 mile run on Tuesday in 48 minutes 54 seconds.
Gonna try a 5 miler tomorrow.
5k done in 25.23 with a mile warm up , although @Silhillvilla will be disappointed with me because I was blowing out of my backside at the end of the run.

Do you use your kettlebell for goblet squats and other bits and bobs as well? Hope so. Not the same thing on auto repeat so to speak.

Don't know why he is supporting himself with the rows, why not tense your core and work your body fully? You don't need the hand resting on the opposite leg.
