A bit o' fun.......

We was well over 4MPH mate for about 17 miles but went into Italian tank mode for last 5.

We'll go again on a flat course this time. The long hills up did for us.

A good flat challenge is the Bridgewater canal (41m from start at Leigh to finish at Runcorn) if you can organise a pick up for when your ready to drop.

It's not rocket science is it ?... in this day and age with obesity ( especially children ) rife and the easy option everywhere I would make it compulsory for families to start walking together . Simple things in life are usually the best and health is a time bomb for the future...sort your diet out ( especially cut out red meat and all if you can manage it ) and get some exercise and this epidemic of diabetes would be under control. It's so frustratingly easy to lose weight, fruit and veg based jackbit with daily exercise and the weight will fly off.

Easy option = early problems.

PS....the 41 miler might be a good bike jaunt then back on train.

Page 5, second to last paragraph of the editorial, final sentence - have you told the editor he could pop on vital for a fix as you’re doing your bit on here?! 🤔
Wait till the football starts again .......... then we'll see who's the moaner.
