Match Thread: Aston Villa v Blackburn Rovers, Sat 30th March, 3pm

Talk about a tale of two halves. From the sublime to the ridiculous. Like watching a premier side in the first half and relegation form the second

We were ok until the lads realised there’s not a decent goalie in the club over the age of 20. Nervous affair, hope it doesn’t rock their confidence. Brizzle and derby will be buoyant after today, we need to keep it together. CYVB!

The teams around us aren’t gonna win all of their remaining games, points will be dropped along the way so it’s up to us to keep the momentum rolling.

Norwich to beat Boro and Bristol and Boro to draw next time round would be fantastic.

Next two games will tell us about Boros bottle - Bristol seem to have been quietly consistent.

It is very tight, but a number have got to play each other. After tonight’s game Middlesbrough are at home to Bristol City on Tuesday, so at least one of them will gain on us.

But Bristol have some hard games to come, such as WBA on 9th April, although I didn’t expect them to win today. They will take points off each other. We just have to try to win as many as possible especially beating Bristol on 13th. That is a real six pointer and Weimann on fire!
